We discuss your goal, examine your natural hair and assess whether extensions are appropriate. I explain the recommended weight, placement and length, the maintenance involved and your quote.

A consultation is required before installation. It does not commit you to an installation or guarantee that extensions will be suitable.

Booking opens in Square, where you can view appointment availability.

Before your appointment.

Bring photographs of the result you have in mind.
Tell me about previous extensions, colour services, breakage or scalp concerns.
Think about how you usually wash, dry and style your hair, and whether you can commit to regular maintenance.
If you already have extensions fitted elsewhere or want to supply your own hair, explain this when booking.

Appointments are private and one-to-one at Sorelle Studio in Rural View, Mackay.

Booking, deposits and changes

A deposit is required to secure your appointment.

Your deposit comes off the total on the day.

Appointments are long, single-client bookings. When a booking is held for you, that time is not available to anyone else.

If you cancel or reschedule with 48 hours' notice or more, your deposit is transferred to your new appointment, or refunded if you are not rebooking. This is handled automatically when you change your booking.

If you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours' notice, the deposit is not refunded.

The consultation fee

The consultation fee is a charge for the consultation. It covers my time, the assessment and the plan you leave with.

It is not a deposit. It does not come off an installation or any other service.
